Holiday appetizer
Well, who doesn't love herring? I think there are none! ;) Enjoy the recipe, delicious, beautiful and easy to make appetizer of herring will enhance any holiday table. Minimum ingredients, maximum pleasure!

Ingredients

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Herring

    2 piece

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

Rice is boiled in salted water, but the snacks we'd need a bit to digest, the rice was sticky, not falling apart when cutting and beautifully, evenly, cut.

The rice cool and add balsamic vinegar, sugar, mix, taste and if needed add salt.

Herring cleaned, cut into fillets and remove all bones.

Then any convenient form (I have a regular plastic container) cover with cling film and put herring fillets.

Herring spread on top of the rice and carefully crush with a spoon.

Then the rice close the edges of the film and put under the press for at least 4 hours. I press the same container with water.
