Cappuccino
My attempts to obtain milk foam was long and hard, but, alas, in vain... and that's when I have already decided that is doomed to drink coffee with milk, I came across a wonderful book the secrets of the chefs. Now I am the master of homemade cappuccino)))

1. First we need to make coffee. Your imagination is not limited in the choice grades of coffee, supplements to it, can even make hot cocoa, in General, to Your taste. I usually take 2 tsp of coffee and 100 grams of water, makes great coffee. Cook and pour into your favorite Cup to the brim, leave room for foam.

2. It was the turn of milk, here is the magic secret. For frothing milk you will need a simple device - French press (press maker), is this beauty from 150 RUB. For best results, fill to 1/3 press coffee maker boiling milk, so it will be easier to beat, nothing spilling. Insert the plunger into the French press and slowly move the piston up and down, doing this at least 15 times (the more the better). In the process I accelerate and slow down, I think, so effective.

3. The final video... to be Added to coffee milk foam... Voila! the perfect drink is ready, optionally sprinkle with chocolate chips, cinnamon, vanilla or draw intricate squiggles. Nice!
