Fried potatoes with a secret
It would seem that nothing new can be said about the beloved fried potatoes? All the secrets of frying already revealed all the methods tested. But then I came up with one interesting idea, which I was inspired by another campaign on the barbecue. What if potatoes marinated before grilling, as the meat? Without delay I cast away all the important things, ran to the kitchen to experiment. The result I was so surprised and entranced that I ate a whole skillet of potatoes, while no one was home)) Crispy, with a Golden crust and the inside soft and tender. And, most importantly, fragrant, spicy and absolutely stunning bouquet of flavor. By all means try to fry potatoes so I'm sure she will win your heart and the recipe firmly ingrained in your family)

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Lemon juice

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp
