Sauce a La
The need for this sauce came about accidentally. Decided to make for dinner crispy chicken recipe HEPA (for which many thanks to her), but not calculated with cereals, chicken and many more. So, I came up with the idea to replace the cereal for the sesame seeds. Turned out the chicken, almost like in a Japanese restaurant, well, it means that the sauce needs Japanese. The first sauce that came to my mind was "Unagi", but in the store it was not there. Well, no problem, climb on the Internet, found several options for cooking at home and on the grounds of these recipes made, so to speak, an adapted version of the sauce from ingredients easily found in our stores.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    40 ml

  • Ginger

    5 g

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Honey

    10 g

  • Starch

    3 g

Cooking

step-0
Prepare all the needed products.
step-1
Pour in a saucepan the butter and soy sauce. Add the honey (in the amount of about a teaspoon). For those who do not want to heat the honey, you can substitute powdered sugar. Grate the ginger and strain the juice, and pour it in the pot. The number is a teaspoon without slides. Ginger can be added immediately worn, but then you will later strain the sauce.
step-2
Mix all ingredients and put the saucepan on a small fire. Added at this stage, the starch (on the tip of a teaspoon) and mix well to avoid lumps.
step-3
Cook the sauce for a few minutes until thick, but be sure not to let boil (this can spoil the taste). Our sauce is ready, pour it into a bowl and allow to cool.
step-4
The consistency of the sauce is about as sour cream.
step-5
So I have a regular dinner turned into a nice meal in the Japanese style, which husband after a hard day was very happy.
