Boiled tongue with sauce in Austria
Been looking for what kind of sauce to cook boiled tongue. For help addressed to the chef from Austria, she kindly agreed to help. Thanks, Ira, for your help!

Ingredients

  • Beef tongue

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Turmeric

  • Parsley

Language good wash. Peel the carrot and, having passed the "entrance" in the middle of the tongue with a knife (carefully! not to damage the wall), insert the carrots. Put to boil until cooked in spices, but not salt! Ready to clean the language from the film to prisolit, allow to cool.

For the sauce: add the sour cream garlic, passed through press, nutmeg (powdered), pepper, salt, turmeric, mix well.

Add the chopped parsley and the yolk (DeltaCredit with a fork.) Mix gently.
