Fruit and berry ice cream

I want to clarify a few points. About the berries - if You take cranberries, the other must be with a neutral acid, such as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or black ash. If you take the cranberries, then it is better suited to black currant and cherry. Sugar I use fruit of TM "Mistral", as it is more sweet and perfect for this recipe. If you take simple, then increase it by almost 2 times. Apple take sweet and very juicy, since we want a puree, not juice. It must be great because after all the manipulations, it will be almost half. Berries (best with cranberry or cranberries ) pour over boiling water and break the blender. RUB through a sieve. A drink we should get 70 grams. Big Apple peel and core, cut into small pieces. Add 2 tablespoons of water and steamed in the microwave until soft. Then RUB through a sieve. Or use Apple puree for baby food without sugar.

Starch (definitely corn ) is mixed with Apple juice. In boiling water pour the cherries and boil for 5 minutes, mash and strain.
