Bean dip
Almost like mayonnaise. Nearing the end of advent. But not far off lent. In the days when the vegetable oil, this sauce is very good! My husband and children ask him to cook even when the post ended.   • Beans

    1 can

  • Vegetable oil

    300 g

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp


It's very simple. With beans drain the liquid to make puree. Add the vegetable oil. A blender to whip until smooth. Add the mustard, salt, sugar, lemon juice. Still a little beat up. Ready!!!
The sauce was very tasty, almost like mayonnaise! You can take the white beans, soak it overnight, boil until tender. And then prepare as well as of the "canned" beans. Only the liquid in which the cooked beans will not end up drained, leave a little (when do mashed beans).
Boiled dumplings with potatoes (the post is not over yet!), pour the sauce, sprinkle with herbs! M-M-M-M good!!! Bon appetit!
