Casserole of bread and of meat under a sour cream filling

  • Sour cream

  • Bread

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Paprika sweet

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup


In a pan with a small amount of fat to fry the mince until it will turn brown. (You can add mushrooms - optional!)
Add the onion or leek. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika.
Rye bread cut into slices. Heat the oil in a pan, add the slices of garlic. Fry the bread on both sides. Remove on a kitchen towel and drain off fat. Repeat a few times.
Smetana filling: mix the thick cream (creme fraiche) with the egg
Add 1/2 of the grated cheese.
Form for baking grease. Spread the bottom of the form fried fragrant bread, add some fresh chopped parsley (if any).
Top - browned beef. Pour part of the filling.
Alternate again: bread + parsley.
Again fill. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for 15-20 minutes until it will turn brown the cheese.
