Baked potatoes in mustard sauce with herbs
Offer wonderful as a side dish for the holiday table and for everyday. Mustard in the finished dish is not felt, harmoniously mingling with the rest of the ingredients and gives the potatoes a unique taste. Takes a little time and effort, and the result will certainly please you.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Potato peel, wash.

Dry with a towel.

Cut the potatoes into wedges.

Add the mustard TM Haas with honey.

Then add the olive oil, salt and spices.

Mix well.

Baking tray lay a baking paper or a silicone Mat, arrange the potatoes and cook in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, 20-25 min.
