Poltava dumplings with kefir
Sometimes you want to feed a family of simple and hearty food. The dumplings here are also suitable for this. Delicate and airy dough in a fragrant sugarce with meat I think will be of your liking.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • The chicken legs

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

The yogurt beat in an egg. Add soda, salt and add the flour. Knead the dough and leave to rest for 20 minutes.
