Description

Vegetables bread mineral water
What can I say? I will say that this bread is as delicious as unusual. Oh yeah, I want to mention that he's insanely useful and very easy to prepare and what to cook it on absolutely any vegetables. I will say no more, for it is not to say here you need, to cook and taste!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Vegetables

    1 cup

  • Mineral water

  • Salt

  • Butter

Cooking

step-0
So let's get started! Boil all vegetables until soft. Refer to here their personal preferences. The vegetables will depend on the taste and color of bread. For example, you can make purple bread, if using beets; yellow, if you use a carrot; and green if you use greens (e.g. spinach), etc. Personally, I this time decided not to experiment with color and made bread on a regular cauliflower.
step-1
Boiled vegetables grind in a blender or mince.
step-2
Mix 1 Cup chopped vegetables with about 4 cups of flour and knead the dough.
step-3
The dough should be very elastic!
step-4
Now we need to dilute the resulting dough is mineral water. Add mineral water little by little and knead, knead, knead. The dough should be quite soft, but at the same time that it is possible to roll it out. If it is too sticky, it will tenderize in the hands of a piece of butter and pomnite the dough again, then it won't stick to hands.
step-5
Divide the dough into several equal pieces.
step-6
Roll the piece in such a shape, a thickness of a few millimeters. If desired, you can sprinkle the scones with sesame seeds.
step-7
Put the resulting pellet on a baking sheet
step-8
And bake at a temperature of 225 degrees, for about 10 minutes, until Golden brown spots. Pellets have much bloat!!! Tell me, is this not a miracle? :)
step-9
In the end, we should get this is such a wonderful cake with a wonderful smell, great taste and very healthy! Brush the finished scones with butter and serve hot! All happiness and health! Bon appetit!
