Striped roll
Ordinary loaf of sponge cake, but the design I liked. And another note on the cream, it interesting.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Make the dough. Separate the whites from the yolks and whisk to a foam. Gradually introduce 0,5 tbsp. sugar.

Then in whites with sugar, put the egg yolks, bicarbonate of soda, quenched with vinegar (or lemon juice), and 0.5 cups of sifted flour.

Parchment (greaseproof paper) draw on stripes. Size 30x30 cm Turn over on the clean side and the frosting bag, draw stripes. First, white. Then in the dough add a tbsp of cocoa and use brown stripes.

Here in this form, put in oven pre-heated until 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

When ready take out from the oven, spread on the prepared damp towel, remove parchment and turn with a towel.

Cream. Milk is put on the fire in a saucepan with non-stick coating.

RUB the yolks with the flour and add a little milk, the mass was poured. One does NOT PUT sugar.

When the milk almost boils, introduce the above mixture. Cook until thick. Cooled.

100 g soft butter blend with 0.5 tbsp. powdered sugar. The cooled custard introduce a spoon into the oil and whisk.

Expandable roll and stuffed with cream.

And... again to turn off.. Sent for a couple of hours in the cold.
