Ingredients

  • Sundried tomatoes

  • Olives

  • Mozzarella

    150 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Ketchup

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Parmesan

Cooking

step-0
In the bowl of the mixer to mix the flour with the yeast for a minute. Add water, olive oil, sugar and salt, continuing to mix and knead for 10 minutes. The dough should be soft, elastic and comfortable to work. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave to rise until dough has doubled in volume. I knead the dough in the bread maker - in the "pizza", after batch left there in CP to raise the dough.
step-1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Divide the dough into 15-16 parts. To form balls and each ball to put an olive and a cube of cheese or sun-dried tomatoes and cheese.
step-2
Again to form a ball and put in a tin with removable sides (optional). Allow to rise for 15 minutes so that the balls stuck together with each other.
step-3
Lubricate sauce (ketchup) and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes until cooked dough and Golden brown cheese. Mozzarella took the lump, in bulk, and for some reason I have it here, all went into the dough, although when you break the cheese should stretch... Oh well, still tasty!))) Yes, I have sprinkled them with black sesame seeds, it also adds its own flavor. Recipe source: vitoria, LJ
