Description
This easy to prepare dish combines two culinary delights: hot soup and cool, refreshing salad. Thanks to this unusual combination of born an amazing ensemble of taste that complements any meal. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Sky@ called "Soup of sweet pepper" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
The peppers bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees (leg previously removed).
Roasted red pepper cut into cubes, onion — quartered rings. In a heavy-bottomed pan melt the butter and add to the peppers and onions.
Pour the vegetable broth, cover and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes.
Then grind the contents of the pan blender, salt and pepper to taste.
Add the hot cream, stir again.
Crab sticks and green onions shred, season with sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. A few arrows green onions, reserve for decoration.
From the resulting mass lay in the center of soup plates, a small "island". It is very convenient to do it by means of metal rings.
Around the crab "island" pour the soup and decorate the arrows of the green onions.
