Description

Cupcake Lights
This recipe shared with me by my sister. I deserved to give him her name, because I can not figure out how it is properly called: cupcake, pie or gingerbread. More like cake, therefore I will stop on this variant. Simple to prepare, it is hearty, delicious and flavorful. We used no creams and powders. Jam added to the batter. Depending on the jam and additives, this cake turns out different every time the taste. For me it is a \"stick-vyruchalochka hell\" the jam always have on hand. Light bakes it in the oven, but I adapted under the slow cooker. Well something like that... so let's go...

Ingredients

  • Jam

    1 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Raisins

  • Candied

  • Nuts

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Lemon peel

Cooking

step-0
1. In a jam (at the moment at hand was apricot), add soda, stir and leave for 30 minutes for fermentation. After 30 minutes, the jam will become to look like this.
step-1
2. Eggs to mix with sugar. You can beat with a mixer, but you can just a little with a fork or whisk to work on them. Did both - the differences are not noticed. I prefer the 2nd option.
step-2
3. In jam add beaten eggs and flour. Add the flour portions, so that the dough is approximately as pictured. My jam is not a liquid, so I added 1.5 cups (regular 200-gram) flour. Then the cake turns out more loose. Stir well.
step-3
4. Now, as you wish to be added to the dough candied fruits, raisins, nuts, dried apricots, vanilla... everything added! I was pleased this time to add raisins (at home there was nothing else :D but the shop reluctant to go).
step-4
5. The Cup multivarki grease with butter, sprinkle with semolina and pour the batter. Mode Pastries 65 minutes. In any case, do test with a toothpick for readiness. Sometimes add baking time of 10 minutes, but basically, 65 minutes is enough.
step-5
Such beauty turns out in the end.
step-6
That wide! So high. Delicious! Help yourself!
