Fried ice cream
Sister told me about fried ice cream, which I ate in a café. No one believed her... How can you fry ice cream?! But, the Internet is a great thing! Found not immediately, but still found!!! It turned out the first time!!! The main thing - do not yawn!!! But there is another option... ; -)

Ingredients

  • Ice cream

    50 g

  • Coconut shavings

  • Corn flakes

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

The required components. In a bowl pour the crushed corn flakes (in a blender), shredded coconut (mine was yellow) and whisk the egg (before the foam). Pour oil into a saucepan and put on the heat (oil should be enough to get a piece of ice cream floating in it when roasting). All this must be done in advance.

Then cut into slices of ice - cream from packs of 400 g makes 8 pieces. Ice cream take out before cooking, otherwise it will begin to melt and the dessert may not work.

First, coat a piece of ice cream in coconut flakes, then in egg.

Then in corn flakes. Then again in egg and corn flakes. Put the oil and fry for 30-40 seconds.

Film time - the process is very fast! Products are given for one serving. Put into the fridge for 15 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
