Potato curry with mushrooms
Rich and at the same time not heavy dish. Delicious, flavorful potatoes with an Eastern twist. To prepare easy, affordable. The potato remains whole, not becoming a "mess". Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    0.5 can

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Spices

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

In the MV Cup to pour a little vegetable oil. Onion chopped to the floor rings and the potatoes, cut into fairly large dice. To put the regime to ROAST for 20 minutes. After 5 minutes of cooking, add curry and mix.

After another 5 minutes add the spices, soy sauce. Mix well. Add sliced mushrooms, continue to cook until the MV is switched off. Then pour 50 ml of water ( ideally coconut milk), close the lid MV and set the mode ROAST for 15 minutes. If you're like me, multivarka-cooker, then put the valve 2.

Then to blow off steam, open the MV, add the peas, mix well. And put another 5 minutes in the HOT mode. The finished potatoes can be sprinkled with fresh herbs.
