Fish in Moroccan
Cooked very simply, is eaten very quickly and, most importantly, no fishy smell in the house. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2009 by user rafa called "the Moroccan" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring"

Ingredients

  • Carrots

  • Pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Garlic

    10 tooth

  • Olive oil

  • Water

  • Lemon

I have been here such a piece of oily fish (about it below) and because the author didn't specify what fish need, and the Internet says that the fish should be fat enough, I decided that mine is fine.

Next, I this fish was filterable, and the fillet was divided into portions. It turned out six large and two small pieces that came down over one.

When the fish was done, I scrub the carrots (you can slice it into thin wedges) and sliced garlic (7 cloves), each clove into 3-4 slices.

Then thin strips and circles cut sweet and half pod of hot pepper. Fish, of course, needs to be spicy (she's Moroccan), but if your family like spicy food do not like, you can do without sharpness.

Then moved on to the tomatoes. Scalded with boiling water, removed the skin and cut thin slices by the number of pieces of fish. The remaining tomatoes are cut in cubes.

Also cooked greens – coarsely chopped and three cloves of garlic sliced finely.

Preparatory work is over, go directly to the trade. On a small amount of oil until Golden brown fry the chopped garlic, add carrots, simmer for a few minutes.

Add the peppers, tomato cubes and simmer for another couple of minutes, sprinkle with salt so that the vegetables were salted insufficiently.

On the vegetables place the fish, on each slice put a slice of tomato, again sprinkle with salt and pour warm water on the level of the fish, cover and simmer 10-15 minutes (depending on thickness of slices) over medium heat.

Then remove the lid and continue to simmer to reduce liquid to 1/3–1/4 of the original volume. When the liquid evaporated, sprinkle the fish with a mixture of herbs and garlic, cover with a lid and turn off in a minute.
