Samosa triangular
The dough at this samsa turns out not sandy and soft. Use the meat meatier, and more onions. Then the samosa will be juicy and delicious. Well, try it yourself!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Zira

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Skip the meat through a large grate grinder (or finely chop). Onions to chop half rings. It should be in equal proportions with ground beef. Can be more, will be juicier.

Add alternately sour cream (or yogurt) and flour. Quickly knead the dough, shaking it. If the dough is runny, add some flour, but so that it looks really cool. The dough should be slightly sticky and soft. After cooling it will be very soft and susceptible to modeling.

Dough to shape of the bar and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Can longer, nothing will happen.
