Mexican appetizer
I offer a variation on the theme misciasci snack "nachos" on the basis of potato chips. Starter is fast enough but comfortable for a party table or buffet, because it reminds me of canapés. Another advantage is the bright appearance and pleasant taste.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Chips

    50 g

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Olives

    150 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Sunflower oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Chicken fillet cut into pieces and fry in sunflower oil until tender (about 10 minutes). Season with salt to taste.

On a baking sheet, greased with oil, spread out the chips.
