Pastrami of chicken breast in a wine marinade

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Dry red wine

    1.5 cup

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Breast wash, clean from the films (only careful not to damage their shape). Not to cut!

Wine mixed with honey, spices, salt, pepper, squeezed garlic. If you have time and inspiration, you can warm up.

Put Breasts in a resealable dish, pour the marinade (cooled, if you have it warmed up) and leave for a day in the fridge. The marinade should cover them completely.

Before preparing to roll each breast into a roll, fasten with string or toothpicks. To cook in an ovenproof an open pan covered with foil (so less to wash)
