Ingredients

  • Pasta

    400 g

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    100 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Walnuts

    50 g

Cooking

First you need to boil pasta until almost cooked.

Mince and fry with onions.

Grate pickles (seen in the dish they will not, but your taste they will) and add to the mince. There also add the tomato paste and a little water. Plus salt, spices... Adding oat flakes Mistral (in order to, so to speak, to seal our stuffing). A bit put out.

Half of the sauce put into the form, sprinkle with walnuts. Put the pasta vertically.
