And in the summer you want something salty to replenish the electrolyte balance in the body :-) So let's be salty and pretty!

Ingredients

  • Herring

    2 piece

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

We need two beautiful fillet of salted herring. I always add salt myself. To do this, clean the herring from the bones, fillets dipped in marinade: 0.5 liters of water, 1 tbsp salt, 0.5 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar, black pepper, coriander, Bay leaf. And so we have fillet sleeps. In the morning - marvelous pickled herring!

Butter RUB with finely chopped dill.

Removed from the marinade the fillets dry on a paper towel and apply generously to the oil.

Turn into the loaf. These are the beauties we have. Remove for 20 minutes in the freezer to complete solidification of the oil.

Rolls thinly and cut into rings. Very tasty with homemade bread!
