Mincemeat
One of my most favorite dishes of my childhood, and secondly- it's quick, tasty and budget. My men (husband and son) love mincemeat in my performance.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Bow white

    2 piece

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Roll

    70 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

To fillet a herring

Soak fresh white bread in milk

Apples, peel and seeds, butter to thaw

Grind in a meat grinder herring, pressed bread, apples and onions. Add to this all the softened butter. I added green onions so the color wasn't expected happened. Season with salt and pepper, add the vinegar and sugar.

Shake thoroughly ground in a blender

And put in the refrigerator to cool. Because butter mincemeat slightly harden and it will be possible to create here such neat wedges and put on the bread. Bon appetit!
