Onion salad
Bow us unfairly used in dishes as a side product. A simple and delicious salad for a change winter menu from a bow.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    25 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Cooking

Onions take about the same size and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until ready. Time depends on the size of the bow.

Boil egg and cut into dice.

Ready bow let cool and cut into feathers.

Grind nuts with a knife. Greens finely chop. Mix onion, egg, parsley. Add olive oil, Apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper.

Spread the salad on a plate and sprinkle with nuts.
