Winter chutney
Chutneys Indian... a dish that slowly wins our hearts and stomachs!! And who said that a sweet gift for the New year should be a dessert??!! Try to cook this dish and delicious - both spicy and sweet condiment to any meat, poultry or fish you provided! And in an interesting jar can serve this exotic dish as a gift for the New year!! What I love to do and congratulate my countrywoman, and the wonderful Natasha scullion (Ташуля7).

Ingredients

  • Cards

  • Prunes

    200 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Brown sugar

    160 g

  • Vinegar

    250 ml

  • Pepper Cayenne

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

Everything is done very quickly and easily, but the result!!!-the result is excellent!!! So, let's begin. Prepare the required products.

If the dates with seeds, as I have, then clear them from the bones. Chop the dates and prunes into 4 parts.

Cut into large pieces bell peppers and onions a little smaller.

Peel and core the apples and cut into large pieces.

All of our products and spices placed in a pot, bring to boil, reduce the heat to low, cook 1 hour.

Here's our chutney ready!! The recipe indicated that you should put in sterile jars and eat in 4 weeks... But I didn't have these 4 weeks we tried it the next day and it was SO good, what to leave for 4 weeks will only have the small jar, for cleanliness of experiment!!
