Fish sausages for a couple
Very tender, tasty and healthy sausages-cakes. Recipe Ivanna Myronenko - finalists of the show "Master chef."

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    600 g

  • Bread

    3 slice

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Fat

    100 g

Cooking

The required ingredients. I used hake fillets.

Cut onion and fry until clear.

Prepare minced fish, fats (skinless) and fried onions, add the bread previously soaked in milk and squeezed, egg yolks, salt, pepper to taste.

Proteins whisk in the stable foam and very gently mix up the stuffing.

The formed sausages using cling film.

Put our sausages in the steamer (or the bowl multivarki for cooking for a couple) and cook for a couple 10-15 minutes

Let it cool and remove the foil.

Serve with mashed potatoes, or as I have a dietary option - a salad. Bon appetit!
