Emerald sauce for meat

  • Gooseberry

    2 cup

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

The gooseberry crop the tails. Fold the gooseberries and garlic in blender, chop. Add salt, sugar, mix, taste and add more salt or sugar to taste. I added ground black pepper.
