Take two pans. At first sauté the ground beef and add a mixture of Italian spices and herbs*.

Finely chop the onion. Three carrots on a fine grater. In a second frying pan fry the onion, then add to it grated carrot. Mix the contents of the 2 pans in a high walled pot.

Tomatoes in their own juice puree them in a blender, but not before. it should be small pieces of tomato. Add carrot juice + the juice of half a lemon + art. spoon of honey.

Add carrot juice and tomato sauce in a saucepan with minced carrots and onions. Cut the cloves of garlic + Bay leaf + Vegeta. Add,stir, allow to boil for a few minutes and try the taste. For thrill - add a couple of tablespoons of chili ketchup; for lovers of tomato - sweet ketchup.

Pasta cooked until tender. Drain in a colander. Rinse with boiling water. Put in a pot where they were cooked (it is still hot) and add a tablespoon of olive oil, mix well. Add half of the sauce! Mix well. Put it on plates. On top of the pasta put a couple of spoonfuls of sauce. Garnish with Basil. Add the grated cheese.
