Description

Mushroom sauce
Bought frozen mushrooms, and the package recipe. I cooked, turned out delicious. Maybe someone else will like it?

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    1 pack

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • A bouillon cube

Cooking

Here were my mushrooms.

Oil simmer the chopped onion until transparent, add frozen mushrooms (thawed not necessary!)

When boiling, add bouillon cube or powder, salt and pepper to taste, and 1 tablespoon of brandy

and after a couple of minutes cream. Turning off the stove. The sauce is ready.

I made it to spaghetti, but is also well suited to the buckwheat, mashed potato or millet. It all cooks at the same time with sauce, and takes very little time. The cognac gives the sauce a special flavor.
