Description

School Solyanka
From a modern point of view, this dish is a stew can be called only conditionally. But in my Soviet years, the school teacher work for girls taught us how to cook hodgepodge in this form. This was the second dish after the omelet that I independently prepared, and then "mercilessly" parents fed them for two weeks, honing their culinary skills. However, despite its simplicity, this stew is very tasty, and stuck forever in the memory of my taste buds as a school bag. Cook in multivarka Vitek VT-4213 GY.
