Belarusian machanka
The dish is made from pork ribs with lots of gravy to dip her pancakes. Very tasty and easy!

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    900 g

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Flour

    40 g

  • Onion

    300 g

  • Parsley

    160 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Finely chop the bacon, mode control on 160градусов for 15 min (if there is no mode control, then baking).
