Sand ring with peanuts
The recipe is from my notebook, which has more than 20 years. When I was on summer drove to the grandmother to Moscow, and she left for work, I took the fact that copied my favorite recipes into my notebook and dreamed that when I become adult, then necessarily everything that is written there will make... dreams come true)))

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla

  • Peanuts

    100 g

Cooking

Butter or margarine, remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before preparation. Mix the flour with the sugar, add margarine or butter (I used margarine), eggs (egg whites of one egg to leave for lubrication of the rings), vanilla and knead the dough.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

Peanuts fry on a dry pan and then grind them. I crushed with a rolling pin. Put peanut kernels in a bag and pounded it with a rolling pin.

Chilled dough roll out to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut out circles, I cut out using the form for donuts.

Ring lubricated with egg white (you can add a spoon of milk and mix well) and dip the rings in a bowl of crushed peanuts.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes. BON APPETIT!!!
