Barley with roasted tomatoes in a slow cooker
Very hearty and tasty dish that can be cooked at a post, deleting ingredients cheese. Helped me in cooking multivarka VITEK-4212BK.

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    1 cup

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Broth

    3.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Basil

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Thyme

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    0.25 cup

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Tomatoes wash, cut into 4 pieces.

Put in a bowl multivarki, sprinkle with 1 tbsp olive oil, season with salt and pepper. To cook in the "Baking" 15 more minutes.
