Sangria
In Moscow have established a really hot summer and I wanted something refreshing and chose the sangria (sangria). Spanish sangria is derived from sangre, blood. It can, and determines the main ingredient - red wine. A few years ago, traveling alone through Spain in one of the cafes saw his master preparing the sangria, which had a menu. The Spaniard made no secret of the recipe and they gladly shared. And since in the hot season we prepare it according to the recipe, remembering a kind word. Believe that it can be considered authentic.

Ingredients

  • Dry red wine

    750 ml

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Brandy

    50 ml

  • Orange

    3 piece

  • Peach

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 pinch

Prepare the products. Wine doesn't have to be expensive. The main thing - quality. I use only Spanish wine. My oranges, Apple, pear, peach

Open the wine and pour into the pan. Dissolve sugar in water, after complete dissolution, add the water into wine. Add brandy. Sugar can be more - it all depends on taste and cooking needs.

Take a couple of oranges cut in half and squeeze out the juice of citrus juice. The juice added to the pan.

Cut the orange into four parts and cut into slices. Add it to the pot.

Cut the Apple into four pieces, remove the bones and cut into thin plates. Add it to the pot.
