From the minute when I decided to cook her a brandy, but not with apricots, like Julia, but with cherry, in my head firmly established the eponymous verse of Anna Akhmatova. This verse was literally stalking me throughout the process of cooking and tasting drink)). Hence was born the name of the liqueur from the cherries. Of course, I couldn't resist and made this liqueur not only cherries, but also of apricots, and of mixtures of all fruit, which are found in the refrigerator. All the liqueurs were successful. Cooking

step-0
Fruit wash, remove seeds. Pour the wine into a saucepan, add sugar and warm up until until the sugar is completely dissolved.
step-1
Put in a saucepan the cherries, or chopped apricots and simmer until the fruit is very good will not fall apart. Apricots I seethe literally 7-8 minutes, but the strong cherry took plenty of time. Accordingly, the liquid is boiled off more.
step-2
Remove from heat, enter the vodka and cool completely.
step-3
Pour the wine with the fruit in the bottle (container), close tightly. Leave in the fridge for 7 days. Since the apricots I used Uvarov faster, workpiece turned about 1.5 liters, but the cherries were cooked longer, lost more fluid, and as a result, the refrigerator went out around 1 liter a piece of cherry.
step-4
After a week strain. I left the fruit for a delicious alcoholic impregnating a dessert for adults. Apricot brandy was exactly a liter of cherry - 0,75 l
step-5
Liqueurs turned out sweet, chewy, flavorful. Infusion of cherry dark cherry color, and the taste is amazing!
step-6
Apricot brandy soaked up the sun.. as if somewhere heard the noise of the sea in the distance and a quiet jazz combo playing...
step-7
And this is a compliment to my friend Claire's accessories T34. She loves champagne and nothing more. I mixed 1 part apricot brandy and about 4 parts of champagne - it turned out awesome summer cocktail.
