Burrito
Burrito or as it is also called Taco de Harina is a Mexican national dish. A burrito usually consists of flour tortillas called tortilla, which is wrapped in a special filling. In Mexico they eat for Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Pellet

    4 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Tomato paste

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Finely cut the meat, fry in butter until tender, sprinkle with salt.

Potatoes cut into strips, dried, fry in plenty of oil; put the finished fries on a paper towel (to absorb oil).

With tomatoes remove the skins; tomatoes, peppers (yellow, red), onions, dill finely chop into cubes. Pickled cucumber strips, mix all, salt, pepper. Spread on a pan, simmer until the liquid evaporates, add the tomato, simmer for another 5 minutes.

Take a ready-made tortillas (you can buy in the store), on the edge of the fillet spread on it - vegetables on top of fries, pour mayonnaise, wrap (can be toasted in a waffle iron).
