Gus is a frequent guest on our table. But cook it first and now for sure: this recipe is most favorite.

Ingredients

  • Goose

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Unfiltered beer

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt
