Souffle of hake
Very much I wanted the fish cakes... just tender... Very tender and not fatty, ideally for a couple, but the steamer I have not yet, so came up with something very cool came in duhovochku!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

  • Heck

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Margarine

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Chop with a sliced carrot, a cabbage leaf to release from the solid parts. Boil in salted water for 5 minutes

Vegetables chopped in a blender, add the yogurt...

Add fish fillet and chop until smooth

Add the egg, spices (salt, pepper), semolina

The resulting mixture distribute "cakes" in the form (pre-lubricated with margarine) and put bake for 15-20 minutes... take out, overturn and send to duhovochku still for 10 minutes... so...

That looks yummy this came out!!! And tasty, and not greasy and healthy!!! (Meat of the hake is quite lean, it is easily digested, meals out of it useful for everyone, so it is used in diets)
