Sandwich cake with eggplant, carrots and ham
Honestly, I gathered all that I love and made in the form of cake! Got a bright, tasty and unusual. Recommend! A good appetizer: spicy Oriental notes, thanks to Kikkoman soy sauce, he is here as there is nowhere by the way!!!

Ingredients

  • Bread

    9 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    1 Tbsp

  • Ham

    40 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cream cheese

    80 g

  • Walnuts

    40 g

Cooking

Eggplant cut into strips, fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.

Add 2 cloves of garlic (minced) and hot pepper, fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Then add soy sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes. If necessary, add 1-2 tbsp of water. Give the eggplant to cool.

Carrots to RUB on a small grater. Add the remaining garlic, pressed, salt, ground black pepper, grated cheese, sour cream (yogurt) and chopped ham.

The bread cut the crusts (do not discard!). Put the first layer of pieces.

From top to distribute the filling on top of eggplant.

Then the second layer of bread, and the top layer of carrots.

Top cover with all bread and little press.

Crust along with the walnuts grind in a blender.

Grease top and sides of the cake with the cream cheese and sprinkle with mixture of bread crumbs and nuts. To soak in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut into portions and serve.
