Cooking
Eggplant cut into strips, fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.
Add 2 cloves of garlic (minced) and hot pepper, fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Grease top and sides of the cake with the cream cheese and sprinkle with mixture of bread crumbs and nuts. To soak in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut into portions and serve.
