Plum sauce
An unusual sauce with a spicy taste - good for meat, poultry, as you add in ketchup, sauces, barbecue. Unusual composition and a spicy result - try?

Ingredients

  • Drain

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Fennel

  • Cinnamon

  • Anis

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Carnation

  • Sugar

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Pear peel and seed boxes, cut into. Drain peel - a few pieces of not clear. Spices "on the tip of a knife" all together should be 0.5 h l only!!!

In vegetable oil literally protomet garlic - make sure not burnt.

Spread to garlic, plums and pears, pour soy sauce, rice vinegar, add all the spices and stir, cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
