Fish pre-cleaned and washed, sprinkle with salt and spices. Onion, carrot, Apple cut at random, salt. Stuff the fish and chop off a toothpick.

While preparing the fish - potato peel, wash, chop. Sleeve for baking, to tie with one hand, put potatoes, salt + spices, add 1 tbsp vegetable oil (or any fat) and tie the other side. To put for baking, I baked it for 10 minutes on one side, and then flipped and baked 10 mins on the other side. 20 min. in a slow cooker, is quite enough to full readiness. In the oven, of course, flip doesn't need anything.

While preparing potatoes, sleeve fish open is not necessary. When potatoes are ready, all at the same time to open and serve.
