Canape with pear and jamon
Stylish canapes with fragrant pear in a spicy sauce, goat cheese and dried meats will become the center of attraction at any party. Such an amazing range of flavors is perfectly complemented by the red wine.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    6 slice

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Goat cheese

    100 g

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Lettuce

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

To prepare this appetizer requires very little time, as long as all the products were at hand.

Each slice of ham cut lengthwise into 2 parts.

Pear clean, cut into 2 pieces, remove the core and each half cut into 3 parts. The result should be 12 pieces. The pears I got were large so I cut them in half and took only the tops.

Pear sauté in vegetable oil for about a minute. Add butter, wine vinegar and brandy, and saute for 5 minutes. At the end add the mustard, mix gently and remove from heat.

One piece of meat put a piece of pear, a slice of cheese and a few leaves of lettuce. Roll in roll and pierce with a skewer.

This appetizer can be served immediately. If to your party for a few hours, it is necessary to seal (not zavetrilos) before serving.
