Cooking
Cheese cut into plates. You can cut circles with glass or cookie cutter, but I just split it into 4 parts.
Sprats in a bowl, mash with a fork. Add softened butter and mix until smooth. You can take and sprat pate, but it seems to me, tastier.
On each slice of cheese put a teaspoon or a knife, our pie, gently flatten. Put a slice of pate. It is possible to decorate with greens, slices of lemon, cucumber. I wanted to make the outlet more elegant. From the slice of cheese I cut, notched knife (or as it is otherwise called???) scalloped lace stripes.
