Cabbage salad with carrots and corn
Love this simple, yet so pleasant to the taste salad - it turns out juicy and slightly sweet due to the carrots and corn, all the ingredients are perfectly combined in it! I do it by eye, so the number of components to write about, can change in either direction, adjusting to your taste.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Corn

    3 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Dill

    5 sprig

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    2 pinch

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Shred cabbage, season with sugar and salt, mash with your hands.

Onion cut into half rings, add to the cabbage.
