"Petit pain" in French means "small bread roll". Fill Your home with aroma of fresh bread, try to make this small, light and very tasty bread! You'll cook it again and again!

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

Yeast dough you can knead with my hands and using bread machine, I usually use the second option. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm water, add yeast and leave for about 5-10 minutes.

Then add the sifted flour, egg, softened butter, salt, honey (if honey is thick, heat it slightly in the microwave).

Place the bucket in the bread machine and include the mode of kneading.

Give the dough in a warm place to increase in volume two to three times.

While the dough rises, was milled in a coffee grinder oat flakes, sieved them.

Knead the risen dough and divide into 10 equal parts (about 62-64 grams) into balls (I slightly flatten the ball, again collected in the bowl, connecting the edges of the round and much samipya them, then turn the pockets down).
