Cooking

step-0
Preparation of this dessert will take you a few minutes (not counting freezing time). Start by brewing the organic coffee. This can be done in the Turk or how I - the machine. You will need 100 ml of ready coffee.
step-1
For preparation, you can take any kind of sugar from the Mistral. I think most here are looking brown small. It is well and quickly soluble, and its caramel flavor is very compatible with the taste of coffee.
step-2
In a saucepan, pour milk, freshly brewed coffee, poured sugar. If you brewed coffee in Turku, it should be filtered off without grains. Heat the mixture to a boil on the stove.
step-3
Add to the mixture the cream and again bring to a boil.
step-4
In 100 ml of water to soak gelatin. I have instant, it is immediately ready to use. If you have a different type of gelatin, then pre-soak according to the instructions on the package.
step-5
Add gelatin to hot mixture. Stir to completely dissolve the gelatin, I used a whisk, beat nothing. If gelatin is poorly soluble, heat again, but do not boil.
step-6
Blancmange can be poured into glasses, Kremnica or fill in the convenient form (molds). I filled in the form. Allow to cool and put in refrigerator until fully cured. I have it took 3 hours.
