Granola with cherries
A proper Breakfast sets the tone for the day, because we know that it needs to be nutritious and healthy! Granola is a traditional US food for Breakfast. It consists of rolled oats, nuts, honey and various dried fruits. Today we will try to prepare one variant of this Breakfast - granola with cherries and white chocolate sauce!

Ingredients

  • Hazelnuts

    100 g

  • Sunflower seeds

    100 g

  • Oat flakes

    250 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    100 g

  • Dried fruits

    100 g

  • White chocolate

    200 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp
