A quick snack of couscous and shrimp
Every housewife in stocks always contains a specific set of products. I have this set almost always have cous-cous and seafood. Using these products together or apart, you'll always be prepared on the subject of unexpected guests and an easy dinner for a couple of minutes to turn romantic, piece of cake. Today I combined the two ingredients and in 10 minutes we had a gala dinner with a glass of white wine. This appetizer is very light and at the same time hearty and completely replaces dinner. Come on in, help yourself, I'd be happy.

Ingredients

  • Couscous

    1 cup

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Sundried tomatoes

Prepare the shrimp - clean and cut. You can just take a seafood cocktail. Onions and celery cut. If there is no celery or you don't like - replace it with carrot, bell pepper, etc. - that you have in the fridge.

Add couscous and sun-dried tomatoes in a bowl multivarki, stir

... and pour the water. 1.5 multistone hot water. Allow to boil - literally one minute, adjust salt/pepper and switch off. Leave to infuse with the lid closed MV for 5-7 minutes

Meanwhile, chop fresh tomatoes and herbs. Any herbs according to your taste and desire. In addition to tomatoes, you can add Bulgarian pepper - also delicious.

When the couscous cook and swell ( after 5 minutes), open the lid, add the tomatoes and greens, on the need and desire sprinkle with olive oil, stir. All you can put on the table and call the guests. All very quick and very tasty. The dish is light and perfect BoD with a glass of white wine. I very highly recommend to use it with prescription and to please yourself and loved ones.
