Creamy soup with fish spirals
Found this recipe on the Internet, changed a bit and introduce him to you. Delicious and, despite the presence of sour cream, light soup.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    250 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Sour cream

    150 ml

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Carrots can just grate, and you, like me, cut into small cubes.

Onion can also be sliced to your taste, I like bigger.

Cut the rolls into spirals and secure with toothpick.

Cut the potatoes into wedges and drop cook in boiling salted water.

Fry the onion small amount of vegetable oil. Add the carrots and continue to fry on slow fire until soft carrots. Add wine, sour cream, stir, bring to boil and remove from heat.
